· (5 min.) Unit 1 Opener, Warm Up “Las Vacaciones” Transparency p.46 in the textbook.

· Have students read aloud “Presentacion de Gramática” in p.46.

· Have students exercises 12-14 on pages 47 in the textbook.

· Also, remind students that there will be a Unit 1 Lección 1 Exam Tuesday.

· Have students do pages 7-9 for homework.

TUESDAY:

· (5 min.) Unit 1 Opener, have students peer-assess pages 7-9.

· (5 min.) Unit 1 Opener, have students peer-assess exercises 12-14 on pages 47 in the textbook.

· Also, remind students that there will be a Unit Exam Tuesday.

WEDNESDAY:

· (5 min.) Unit 1 Opener, have students peer-assess pages 10 and 11 on page 45.

· Have students Listen to TELEHISTORIA escena 3 (pg.49).

· Have students do exercises 15 and 16 on page 48.

· Have students read aloud for participation points “Comparación Cultural: La Naturaleza de Costa Rica” in p.48.

· Have students do pages 7-9 in the Avancemos workbook for more practice.

Also, remind students that there will be Unit 1 Lección 1 Exam Tuesday.
