Tri-M Music Honor Society is the international honor society recognizing secondary music students for their musical ability, academic excellence, school involvement, and community service. Â It is designed to recognize students for their academic and musical achievements, reward them for their accomplishments and service activities, and to inspire other students to excel at music and leadership. Selection of new members occurs in the Spring. Interested students must be enrolled in a music ensemble and/or class for at least one semester at Lakeside High School, they must have maintained for the previous semester at least a 3.4 cumulative grade point average and and 'A' in music, and they must exhibit leadership, service, and character in their activities while at Lakeside High School.
